Great location, close to major attractions and public transportation. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.
Shared bathroom was not always clean and other guests were not considerate. Lack of ensuite bathroom was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is right in the center of Venezia and so close to all the obligatory tourist sites. The hotel is also close to the main attractions in the city.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Conveniently located near train station and waterbus stop. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. Helpful and welcoming host gave great sightseeing suggestions. Easy access to supermarket. Complimentary water upon arrival and in-room fridge for convenience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. the location couldn't be better - just over the bridge from the train station and in a central area, making it convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic, providing top-notch service and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the room itself was cozy and charming, with old-fashioned furnishings that enhanced Venice's unique atmosphere. The huge and comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast provided a great start to the day, with purified water available. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.

The location is very convenient, being close to the train station. It's only a short walk away, which is handy if you have heavy luggage. Plus, it's near St Lucia station, making it easy to explore the city from there.
Carrying the luggage up and down the three flights of stairs can be a bit of a pain.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station and public transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and we felt safe as single travelers. The owner was helpful and provided us with useful tips and advice. we would recommend this hotel for a short visit.
